“Dyo Potamia” means Two Rivers. The 2 rivers of the Valley of the Muses, gave their name to the wine that is produced only in exceptional years, from the oldest vineyard of the Estate.
100% White Kontοura (as they call Savatiano in this area) from a 60 year old vineyard. It remains with the fine lees for 12 months in stainless steel tanks and then 4-6 months in 300 & 500 liter barrels. Ideal for aging around 6 years.
Served at 10-12 degrees in an open bowl glass or a classic white wine glass after a gentle decanting.
It goes perfectly with meat in the oven with potatoes and rosemary, seafood fricassee and mushrooms.
