PRODUCTS DELIVERY

The order delivery method is selected by the user when completing the order process. The available methods are: Courier Shipping and Store Pickup.

Shipping by Courier

The delivery of the products to the user/customer is carried out by a private courier company at the postal address that the user/customer has stated at the stage of the order that he wishes them to be delivered.
The cost of transportation is determined according to the weight of the products and is calculated at the last stage of completing the order. The total weight of the products of each order is calculated automatically.

The delivery of the products takes place within three (3) working days from the day after the registration of the order, unless otherwise specified on the page of the respective product. We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of late delivery or loss of the parcel by the carrier.

In the case of shipping to countries outside the European Union and countries subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country, payment of duties, taxes and other fiscal charges is the responsibility of the recipient.

Pickup from the store

Alternatively, the user/customer can pick up their order from the Drunky Goat store located at Navaarchou Nikodimou 5, 10558, Athens, during its opening hours. For collection, a prior telephone contact is necessary to update its availability. Collection from the store does not incur transport costs.

Upon receipt of the order, you must check that the products correspond to your order and point out, if not, any anomaly. The return of products will only be accepted for products that are in their original condition, with their original packaging.
