PURCHASE PROCEDURE

Purchases through Drunkygoat.com are processed by a third party provider, a banking institution or a payment service provider legally licensed by the Bank of Greece. The payment process is based on the terms of the provider, to whose website a secure referral (redirect) is made.

Payment by Credit/Debit Card

The user/customer is solely responsible for the correct recording and truthfulness of the credit/debit card details. The credit card you will use to pay for goods/services on the website is charged only once and only for the specific transaction, unless the visitor/user has chosen the automatic charge of his credit card each time his subscription is renewed or the service in which he participates. We have no responsibility for the terms of use of personal data adopted by the financial institutions with which we cooperate for the completion of commercial transactions and/or for any fault thereof.

We do not store the credit card details you enter during your order. Instead, we use online credit card clearance technology, in collaboration with VivaWallet, to automatically approve the transaction. This means that we do not use credit card information for any purpose as it is not visible to us, except for the first 4 digits of the card.

Bank Account Deposit:

If you do not have a credit card you can pay for your order via bank account. For the best service, please give the bank the Order Code as a reason. Then please send the proof of deposit to [email protected]. Deposit must be completed within 48 hours of order completion, otherwise considered void. The deposit must be made to the account below.

If the money is transferred from another Bank, all possible expenses are borne by the sender (option OUR for transfers via eBanking). Please make this selection when making the transfer, as your order cannot be fulfilled otherwise.
