Malagouzia KITRVS is produced from our vineyards in Pydna Pieria in a cool area to which it has adapted exceptionally well at the foot of Pieria and close to the sea. Clay soils with slopes of 15 %.
An extremely aromatic Malagouzia with volume, body and aftertaste. Floral yet fruity with balanced acidity and aging dynamics. Fermented in concrete tanks at 80%, after a pre-fermentation cryoextraction of 12 hours.
Served at 10 degrees. Extremely aromatic when consumed young, particularly generous when aged.
Accompanies excellent white meat, pasta, pancakes, as well as fish and seafood.
