Psithiros

The name of the label came because from the beginning we felt that this wine is like talking to you, whispering something to you… The 4 different vineyard plots at 300 – 450 m are what define the character of this particular wine and the complexity of the nose aromas and mouth.

A fruity but also floral wine with intense aromas of jasmine, rose, white fruits, ginger and chamomile.

Ideally consumed the year it is bottled, at 10-12℃.

Goes great with fruit (especially melon), fresh white cheeses and fatty fish (sea bream, salmon, etc.).
