Grifos (puzzle in greek) because this particular wine has such a special way of vinification that it took us 14 years to decode. It comes from 1 old xeric vineyard, aged 50 years, at an altitude of 450m, whose production amounts to just 600 kg per hectare.
An exuberant wine of natural vinification, fermented in amphorae without the addition of sulphites, with its lees until the fermentation was over.
Drink it now at 10-12℃ or keep it for another 5-6 years.
Goes great with smoked meats and aged cheeses.
