100% Xinomavro from dry organic certified vineyards in the village of Fitia. A gastronomic rosé with an expressive nose dominated by strawberry jam and tomato. 10 hours of extraction and fermentation with native yeasts for 5-6 months.
Drink it now, while it can be aged for 7-8 years.
Goes great with pasta and seafood dishes, ideal with oils such as stuffed.
