100% Xinomavro. A vineyard planted 44 years ago in the village of Trilofos. Vinification 20% whole cluster and fermentation with native yeasts. Long extraction of 40 days and maturation in second-use 500 liter barrels for 12 months.
Drink it now, while it can be aged for a very long time, over 15 years.
It goes great with rich dishes that have intense sauces, as well as with cuts of meat.
