Earth and Sky is a blend of the best vineyards of the estate, 45 years old, 70% of which are located in the village of Trilofos and 30% in the village of Fytia. A wine with great concentration and intense structure. The extraction takes 40 days, with 40% whole unspilt bunches. Fermentation starts with native yeasts and lasts 2-3 months.
Drink it now, while it can be aged for a long time, more than 10 years.
Excellent with stewed meats and roasted vegetables.
