Wine maker
The symbol X represents the hourglass which depicts a wine with consistency and continuity over time. A blend of Xinomavro & Merlot varieties from privately owned vineyards of Drama and Kavala.
At the end of the malolactic fermentation, it matures in French oak barrels for 48 months, gets in the bottle and ages for many more years until it is released on the market. It has great resources for aging that can exceed 15 years.
It is consumed at 18° C.
An excellent combination for smoked meats, cured meats, rack of lamb, pork brisket with sun-dried tomato and can be perfectly combined with strongly aromatic cheeses.
