										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A semi-sweet Moschoudi that is drunk on its own or with cheeses or fruit. From 850 meters in Sofiana Corinthia, manual harvest.</p>
<p>100% Moschoudi, with manual harvest, fermentation with native yeasts.</p>
<p>Light, strongly aromatic, crunchy, with a very nice balance of acidity and sugars.</p>
<p>It is drunk at 9 degrees with fruit, creamy blue cheeses or as an aperitif.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>3/13 is essentially the recipe for the ideal semi-sweet from Agiorgitiko, which should have 13% alcohol and 3 Baume residual sugars.</p>
<p>After sorting the overripe grapes, they are dried for a short time. This is followed by decantation and the remaining of the must with the grapes until the cessation of fermentation, which occurs when the wine reaches a total titre of 13% vol. The final stage is its aging in French oak barrels for 12 months.</p>
<p>Drink it now at 12-14°C, although you can easily age it for 10 years in the cellar.</p>
<p>Accompanies perfectly fruits and chocolate-based desserts.</p>
