An excellent choice for connoisseurs of fine distillates.

The Aged Malvasia di Candia Aromatica is a fine distillate that has undergone 24 months of aging in first-use French oak barrels. This aging process provides a unique blend of aromas and flavors, combining floral notes and the characteristic scent of jasmine with hints of vanilla, dark chocolate, and coffee derived from the barrel.

It is ideally served at 15 degrees Celsius, allowing it to rest in the glass for a few minutes.

The complexity of this distillate makes it an excellent accompaniment to rich dishes or as a dessert. The balance between sweet and bitter elements offers an unforgettable experience. It pairs perfectly with tiramisu, dark chocolate with espresso beans, cigars, and nuts.

A delightful tasting experience with every sip.

The grape distillate Malagouzia is produced through the fermentation and distillation of whole grapes from the Malagouzia variety. These grapes, intended for this specific distillate, undergo cold extraction without the presence of oxygen, are not pressed, and fermentation continues in a fully controlled environment with a stable low temperature to preserve their juices and thus the character of the variety.

It features an expressive nose with a strong aromatic bouquet of ripe fruits such as pineapple, banana, apricot, and rich notes of flowers and herbs. On the palate, it is full, clean, and balanced, without sharp edges, exhibiting a fatty, fruity character with a long finish.

The ideal serving temperature is between 12-15 °C (not too cold to avoid losing its aromatic elements).

It pairs well as an aperitif with fruit tarts featuring bitter chocolate and pavlovas with tropical fruit sauce. It also complements a variety of mezze dishes that will be at the center of the table, especially those containing or cooked with fruits!

The grape distillate Mouchtaro is produced through the fermentation and distillation of whole grapes from the rare Mouchtaro variety. These grapes, intended for this specific distillate, undergo cold extraction without the presence of oxygen, are not pressed, and fermentation continues in a fully controlled environment with a stable low temperature to preserve their juices and thus the character of the variety.

It is complex with a strong aromatic bouquet of violet and clove enriched with notes of ripe red forest fruits and currants. On the palate, it is rich, oily, creamy, and simultaneously smooth despite its 40% alcohol content, showcasing that the distillation was done with care, knowledge, and respect for the variety—the rare Mouhtaro cultivated only in the Valley of the Muses! It features rich spicy notes dominated by cinnamon, caramelized fig, cherry, with a slightly oily and peppery finish.

The ideal serving temperature is between 12-15 °C (not too cold to avoid losing its aromatic elements).

It pairs wonderfully as an aperitif with small bites of salmon, Naxos kefalotyri cheese, and freshly grated ginger. It marries excellently with sushi and is provocative alongside traditional loukoum or a Turkish baklava… it delights with a spoon sweet made from grapes, figs, or quince and surprises when paired with a piece of prosciutto !

Α rich and smooth character that offers a memorable tasting experience with every sip.

In 1829, here in our homeland, the “Battle of Petra” took place. It was the last military engagement of the Greek Revolution of 1821. As a tribute to our ancestors, we created “Last Battle.”

Last Battle has been aged in new and used French oak barrels of 350 liters for at least three years, resulting in a buttery finish with great persistence. It exhibits aromas of oak, smoke, caramel, ripe forest fruits, and spices. On the palate, it is rich, oily, full-bodied, and round, harmoniously integrated with the barrel, fruity with light notes of smoke, honey, and caramel.

The ideal serving temperature is between 12-15°C.
